Children’s Yoga Classes

We’re excited to invite your children to join our fun and nurturing yoga sessions led by Lucy, an experienced primary school teacher, and Louise (That Yoga Place). As parents ourselves, we’ve seen firsthand the benefits of introducing yoga and mindfulness practices from an early age, and we’re passionate about sharing these tools with other families.
Each week, we explore a new theme designed to inspire creativity and curiosity. Through gentle movement, breathing exercises, playful activities and mindful crafts, your child will build confidence, develop self-awareness, and connect with the natural world around them.
Our classes provide a safe, joyful space where kids can grow — all while enjoying the beauty of nature. Whether your child is new to yoga or already loves it, these sessions are perfect for nurturing their well-being and imagination!
