My Yoga Journey

Hi, I’m Lucy

Yoga practice has been a constant in my life —something I try to live by, whatever’s going on. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to learn from teachers who’ve not only shared their knowledge, but also encouraged me to take yoga further. One teacher gave me a little nudge, that eventually led me to complete my 300-hour training in 2018 with Bertie – her deep understanding of human physiology and her commitment to making yoga accessible for all left a lasting impression on me, shaping the way I teach today.

As a busy mum chasing after my toddler and child, I get how busy life can feel. Yoga is my go-to—it’s a practice of taking a moment to connect, breathe and let go of any expectations or judgment.

I’d love to help you find that same sense of calm, no matter where you’re starting from. Whether you’re here to deepen your own practice or introduce yoga to your little ones, I’m excited to be part of your journey.
