Hi, I’m Lucy
Yoga practice has been a constant in my life since my teenage years—something I try to live by, whatever’s going on. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to learn from teachers who’ve not only shared their knowledge, but also encouraged me to take yoga further. One teacher gave me a little nudge, that eventually led me to complete my 300-hour training in 2018 with Bertie – her deep understanding of human physiology and her commitment to making yoga accessible for all left a lasting impression on me, shaping the way I teach today.
The power of breath and movement has become so clear to me over time. Breathwork is now woven into every class I offer, thanks in large part to the generous teaching of Arundhati, who helped me deepen my appreciation for the breath’s transformative potential.
I’m passionate about sharing yoga with the next generation. In 2024, I trained with Calm for Kids to confidently teach yoga to children and teens. Working with young people is such a joy—it’s playful, empowering and rooted in giving them tools to navigate emotions, build confidence and connection.

As a busy mum chasing after my toddler and child, I get how busy life can feel. Yoga is my go-to—it’s where I can reset, breathe, and let go of any expectations or judgment. My classes bring together a blend of influences, but always focus on connecting movement with breath and finding those precious moments of calm.
I’d love to help you find that same sense of calm, no matter where you’re starting from. Whether you’re here to deepen your own practice or introduce yoga to your little ones, I’m excited to be part of your journey.
Lets talk!
